HONC leading to altered sensorium This is an online e-log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's informed consent. Date of admission : 04 February 2022 A 50 year old male who works in a hotel came to the OPD with the chief complaint of loss of consciousness History of present illness : The patient was apparently asymptomatic one day before. He had a night meal with 90 ml of whisky which was his daily routine. He later experienced discomfort, started behaving abnormally as in talking irrelevant things and lost consciousness.
